SHIPPING POLICY FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS
All items indicated to be in-stock are shipped within 24 hours. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. The transit time for all items is 2 to 7 business days, within the continental US. Tracking information can be requested by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-Bisazza or 305-597-9844.
Special order items have a 8 to 12 weeks lead time. You will be informed once the item ships and when to expect the delivery.
IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates, an item indicated as "in-stock" when you place an order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time. We will also provide you information on how to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. In this event, we will provide a full refund.
