SPECIAL ORDERS

You will find information about lead times for each item under description. All special order items have a standard lead time of 8 to 12 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Please feel free to contact our customer service at 1-800-Bisazza or 305-597-9844, or via email at info@bisazzausa.com, to check availability and/or possibility to expedite special orders.

ALL SPECIAL ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF MATERIAL IS RECEIVED DAMAGED OR DEFFECTIVE, AS LONG AS WE ARE INFORMED OF THE DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. INSTALLATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE. WE WILL NOT REPLACE MATERIAL AFTER INSTALLATION.

OUT OF STOCK POLICY

All items shown as stocked should be available for immediate shipping in the US. Our inventory can fluctuate though, so an item indicating as "stocked" when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time. We will also offer the option to cancel the order immediately for a full refund.
